with a primary focus on build to suit for office and
industrial facilities, brokerage, and investment sales,
was formed in 2002. Wade Cowan's career includes over 20
years experience in all aspects of leasing, development,
and investment in commercial real estate.
Wade began his career
in tenant representation and project leasing with Fults
Companies, one of Dallas premiere leasing firms with
responsibility for a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square
feet of Class “A” suburban office space. Wade
represented several national institutional owners such
as Equitable, Principal Financial, and Merrill Lynch
In 1986, Wade joined Trammell Crow Company, the nation’s
largest development firm. During his six-year tenure,
Wade learned all aspects of development of office and
industrial properties during a period of rapid expansion
of the company’s development activity. Dallas industrial
and office divisions of the company built approximately
10,000,000 square feet per year during that period.
Directly involved in the development, leasing and
construction of over 5,000,000 square feet.
Relocated to Birmingham, Alabama in 1997, Wade joined
Brookmont Realty Group shortly after inception. As a
principal with Brookmont Realty Group, Wade was
responsible for all aspects of development of Lakeshore
Crossings Business Park. From acquisition of 75 acre
land site, all land planning, development,
infrastructure improvements, and design and construction
of 60,000 square foot office building. Total site,
improvements and building value excess of $15,000,000.
